Health Club We offer a wide variety of health, leisure and lifestyle experiences.  Our qualified staff and programs will be sure sure to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Group Exercise An extensive list of Les Mills and traditional aerobic classes are available for casual use or via a memebership.  Designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body toning.  Aqua aerobics classes catering for all age groups are also available.  Collect a monthly timetable from reception or via the link below.

Junior Gym This is a fully supervised gym session for children aged 6 - 16years.  A blend of cardiovasculkar activities and age appropriate resistance training.  Sessions run twice a week.  Please email bevans@belgravialeisure.com.au for more information.

COTA Program COTA's Living Longer Living Stronger program aims to increase the quantity and quality of strength training available to people aged over 50 years.  You will follow a progressive resistance training format.  Please email bevans@belgravialeisure.com.au for more information.
